Simple, practical phone message pad

I love these, because I don't need a carbon copy copy of my messages, but do want to be able to physically group messages according to topic or urgency or type of response needed, and these sheets of 4 are perforated to tear apart easily. I haven't found another message pad with that combination of features. Then when a message has been dealt with fully, it can go on a document spike, so I've got a chronological record of what's been happening.
